Hands-on review of the EPSON GT-X830 flatbed scanner for digitizing old film negatives. Includes scanning speed comparison at 1200–4800 dpi, Digital ICE Technology before/after results, and real scans from deteriorated 1970s–1980s negatives.

I tried M and XL Stick It Wrapper cloths with a TAMRON 150-500mm lens and a 16-inch MacBook Pro. Photos show how each size wraps and holds the equipment.
